Black Dog Woodworking has grown into a husband-and-wife partnership rooted in family, craftsmanship, and creativity. Together, we bring a shared passion for creating meaningful, handcrafted pieces that blend tradition with modern precision.
My love for woodworking began with my paternal grandfather. I learned by watching him and helping him build bookcases, shelves, and other handmade projects. Those early experiences sparked a passion for working with wood that has never subsided.
Today, we carry that passion forward in every piece we make. While we remain true to the original craft and the values it was built on, we’ve also embraced modern technology through CNC and laser work. This allows us to create custom pieces with greater precision and personalization while staying true to the craftsmanship that inspired Black Dog Woodworking from the beginning.
